Stanley Mann achieved incredible records with this car, including 5 Miles Flying Start in 2 minutes and 12.97 seconds and 10 Kilometers Flying Start in 2 minutes and 45.56 seconds, both at an average speed of over 135 mph.

Competition Success

In the 1980s, the car achieved notable competition success, including victories at events like the Bentley Drivers Club and VSCC races.

Record-Breaking Legacy

Under Stanley Mann's ownership in 1987, the car underwent a comprehensive rebuild to set new class A records, solidifying its status as a record-setter.










A really nice running car that has been gently used for rallies around the flat lands of The Netherlands whilst being properly maintained.  The car starts instantly & runs beautifully with an easy to use 4 speed gear box. Oil pressure is strong & the car runs cool with a very quiet engine.

Four new Blockly tires have just been fitted & a new beige mohair hood & hood bag are currently being made to put the car in excellent condition.

The exterior paint is cream and in very good presentable order. The interior is upholstered in maroon leather, also in very good condition.

The car drives surprisingly well for a prewar car, running comfortably in modern traffic. It has a pleasantly vintage feel and look to it, receiving positive comments wherever it stops.
